Machinist 2nd shift

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the preferred supervisory role.
Must be familiar with machining part of very tight tolerances on CNC and conventional machines

Knowledge/experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and Kaizen.

Meet or exceed performance plan on time to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly shipments, quality and on-time delivery plans
Understanding welding and heat treatment processes

Diploma / post-secondary certificate or its preferred equivalent.
3 years of experience in manufacturing pumps or rotating equipment industry is preferred.
