Job Description
Join the Hungry Jack’s Finance team as a Master Data Analyst to assist with the development and leading of the data management infrastructure across multiple Operational systems in the business.
This role will be responsible for developing best practice data processes through ongoing maintenance and system testing, whilst working with various system implementation teams to capture, provision and upload data.
As a key contributor within the team, you will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely data management across all systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: Hungry jack’s jobs in Australia
- Liaise with the relevant business partners to ensure that data regarding new inventory and products is kept up to date, and reflected across relevant systems
- Development of controls and sign off processes for the importation and upkeep of data into each system
- Maintain and upkeep Hungry Jack’s product codes, including set up of the product name/ codes, recipe, price and other information across the store back-office (Macromatix) and POS (NCR) systems
- Maintain inventory codes and inventory costings across all relevant systems
Skills and Experience: Hungry jack’s jobs in Australia
- 2+ years in retail Assistant Manager role or higher
- Experience with Macromatix, Oracle Fusion, NCR will be highly considered
- Digital App experience highly considered
- Good understanding of data management and controls or of in store (back office and POS) systems and the use of technology to support operational requirement
