8. Sub-awards total value, authorizes financing, audits and validations of sub-contractors ‘ invoices for payment controller balance.
9. Uses specialized knowledge to solve complex problems and unique.
10. Provides subcontracting support to the business development / pickup team.
11. Develop, write and manage commercial contracts to support general operations of headquarters.
12. Provides formal training to Vectrus staff when necessary.
13. Performs other assigned duties.
