Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize objects such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Clear and smooth tables, trays and chairs
- Load buspans and trays
- Sanitize and wash dishes and different objects via hand
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prepare, warmth and end simple meals items
- Remove kitchen rubbish and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Wash, peel and reduce greens and fruit
