Responsibilities
Tasks
- Clean and make minor repairs to the vehicle
- Pick up passengers and pressure them to destinations
- Assist passengers with bags and in-boarding vehicles
- Collect fare
- Assist clients/guests with one-of-a-kind needs
- Record transactions
- Provide fundamental traveler information
- Attend to complaints or hard passengers
- Drive employers (including household members) to and from the destination
Credentials
Certificates, licenses, memberships, and publications
- Municipal taxi driver permit
- Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle license (Class four or E)
