Responsibilities
- Load and sell off goods
- Operate and force straight or articulated vans to transport items and materials
- Oversee situation of car and look at tires, lights, brakes, bloodless storage and different equipment
- Pay and acquire repayments for goods
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all components of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay records to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and gasoline consumption
- Tarping and making sure protection and protection of cargo
