- Processing payments for all company employees for Petty Cash by verifying proper approvals has been taken
- Processing payments for all company employees for Business Trips by verifying proper approvals has been taken
- Ensure that there is sufficient cash in the cash drawer
- Accurately and efficiently operate cash registers
- Maintain correct cash balances at cash registers
- Sort, count and wrap coins and currency
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Resolve employees complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Answer employee s questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and requirements :
- High School diploma, any other diploma is accepted
- Experience : Proven working experience as a cashier
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good understanding of accounts and report writing
- Key Attributes : Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Enthusiasm, ambition and self-motivation.
