Overview of the duty:
To ensure the client is handled in a pleasant, specialist and reliable fashion providing finest in class customer care by adhering to agreed AVR standards worrying automobile check out, distribution, collections, exchanges and transfers process
What you will do:
Lorry Deliveries: Make Sure all cars are ready and supplied on time, maintaining an up-to-date vehicle check log.
Make certain each automobile passes the AVR checklist prior to handover to the customer and supply completed and authorized documents to CSRs.
Sanitation of lorries to be keep to AVR

Car Collections:
Make sure all automobiles are inspected and tape-record any damages that do not correspond with lorry check record.
Alert MC/CSRs on invoice of any damaged automobiles for assessment and further activity.
No Customer Transactions:
Financial lodgments, collection of settlements from clients, and distribution of invoices/agreements/forms to clients.
Ensure these are supplied, authorized and dated with back-up copies/receipts supplied to fund and.

Paper Accuracy:

Petty Cash:
Make sure all cash claims are completed, recording all the required info and sent once a week to fund.
