JOB DESCRIPTION

- Ensure all necessary plant and welding devices are preserved in a present operable and calibrated condition.

- Avoid waste and misuse of devices, products and tools.
- Ensure WPS for particular work ranges are displayed and the welders understand the requirements and abide by same.

- Liaise with other technique foremen/ supervision to ensure the optimal usage of offered sources, with the total objective of successful completion of the project.
- Help the elderly foreman and managers in preparation tasks.
- Guarantee that the workers are properly provided with machineries, tools, equipment and materials and whatever is in appropriate order and state of upkeep.
- Execute inspections to ensure that the employees efficiency depends on the set criteria.
- Develop report card on a daily basis and ensure that any kind of substantial information is interacted to the manager i.e. resource shortages, surplus, HSEQ problems.
- Adhere to the day-to-day operations related to have work to ensure connection of job
Qualification/Experiences & Abilities
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge with welding deals with at the very least 3 years of experience as Supervisor or Lead setting
