What you will certainly do: Spa Receptionist Jobs in Canada

Prolong a warm welcome to getting here visitors at the Health facility and physical fitness centre as a Spa Assistant.
Have a detailed understanding of the health club solutions offered and effectively interact the options to visitors.
Market retail products and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism and trust.
Maintain a welcoming and arranged reception location.
Take care of guest check-ins, appointments, and questions with effectiveness and politeness.
Coordinate with other day spa team to make certain smooth procedures and optimal visitor complete satisfaction.
Maintain a requirement of extraordinary customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Help in management tasks such as consultation organizing, record-keeping, and repayment handling.

What you bring.

Prior Health facility or health and fitness centre experience.
Prior reception or client service experience.
Solid command of the English language.
Superb commitment to service and teamwork.
Ability to operate in Canada.
