Responsibilities

Jobs

• Need to be of adultness to blend and serve alcohols
• Address customers’ complaints or problems
• Prepare and serve specialty food at clients’ tables
• Present expenses to customers and approve settlement in money, credit report or debit cards, tourists cheques or space invoicings
• Define food selection products consisting of everyday specials for consumers
• Enforce provincial/territorial alcohol regulation and policies
• Recommend on menu options
• Balance money and document sales
• Clear and tidy tables, trays and chairs
• Describe and suggest on red wine option
• Greet patrons, existing food selections, make referrals and answer concerns pertaining to food and beverages
• Offer food and beverages
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
• Aid clients/guests with unique demands
• Give customer care
