What you will do: F&B Admin Assistant Jobs in Dubai

  1. To provide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
  2. Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards
  3. Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  4. Taking minutes of meetings as required
  5. Assisting F&B team in daily schedule
  6. Updating employee s schedule and payroll processing
  7. Assisting in all F&B admin related tasks
  8. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What you will bring:

  • Previous F&B experience in luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • Native English speaker will have an advantage.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
