About You

To be successful in this role,

You will need a college level in Human Resources, Business Growth, Adult Education or a relevant area and 10 years of occupational experience or a Secondary school/ Vocational/ relevant Diploma certification and 12 years of job-related experience
You will preferably have 5 – 7 years of elderly monitoring experience leading a huge multi-cultural training/ Personnel Growth department in an airline company or solution relevant market.
You will have understanding of Professional programs in Strategic Sales, Airline Marketing, Revenue Administration, Reservations System and In-flight solution.
