Accountabilities Tasks

Read the instructions for the welding procedure.
Use completely automated, semi-automated, or manual welding equipment.
Examine and comprehend welding requirements, instructions, procedures, drawings, and blueprints.
Verify the welds’ compliance with standards and/or specifications by inspecting them.
Utilise automatic or semi-automated flame-cutting machinery.
Use brakes, shears, and other equipment for bending, straightening, and shaping metal.
Fit, braze, and straighten metal with a torch
Utilise arc-air (oxygen arc cutting) equipment (AOC)
Ascertain the materials’ weldability.
Utilise lifting and hoisting apparatus.
Utilise already configured welding equipment to create or fix metal goods and parts.
Utilise previously configured brazing or soldering equipment to join metal or to repair gaps, dents, and metal seams.
Launch, stop, modify, and keep an eye on the robotic welding production line
Equipment for brazing, soldering, and welding should be maintained and occasionally repaired.
