GRF is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Millwright for the Graveyard shift.

Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 PM– 5:00 AM.

GRF operates in a chilly, busy, and physical atmosphere. Candidates have to be comfortable working with meat items (beef, pork, poultry, seafood, soy, and so on).

SALARIES:

Totally- ticketed upkeep (millwright or electricians) $44.66/ Hour.
Double Ticket personnel $46.77/ Hour.
We are currently providing change Premiums:.
Mid-day change = $1/hour.
Graveyard shift = $4/hour (have to be fully ticketed, otherwise premium will be $1.50/ hr).

Obligations:

Installs, maintains and fixings all mechanical and electric systems and all equipment at the plant.
Offer assistance to production in troubleshooting and repairing electric and mechanical malfunctions.
Complies with all required production codes, regulations and criteria i.e. GMP, HACCP, WHIMIS, MSDS and so on.
Conduct set up precautionary maintenance and calibration activities. Maintain an upgraded record of PM.
Recognize chances to continuously enhance maintenance operations.
Actively advertise health and wellness in the work environment.
Finishes Maintenance reports and logs as required.
Make sure all production devices is serviced as required.
Screen and adjust tools to reduced energy costs.
Apply established safety, health and wellness, contamination and housekeeping plans and procedures in order to decrease team injuries, shed manufacturing time, damages, and contamination of item.
Track building and equipment repairs.
Make certain that workplace is tidy of debris and dangers whatsoever times and examine work area for such dangers upon arrival and when departing each location of work.
Operate in a secure manner according to enacted and firm health and safety requirements.
Do other responsibilities as called for.

Demands:

Legitimate Millwright certificate or second/third year apprentice.
Proven track record dealing with auto mechanics, factory techniques (lathe & milling equipments), welding (ARC, TIG, MIG), and pneumatic & hydraulic fields is called for.
2-5 years’ industrial mechanical experience, ideally in the food sector.
Service, tidy and do preventative upkeep and overhaul on all production equipment (freezers, formers, cartoners, tray packs, bread and batter equipment).
Continuously improve devices function by means of style improvements.
Trouble resolving skills and excellent interaction skills.
Expertise of appropriate wellness & safety and ecological policies.
Adherence to Food Safety Protocols.
