Accountabilities Tasks
- Meats should be cleaned before being processed or sliced.
- chop the sides, quarters, and carcasses.
- Prepare, trim, and chop common cuts of meat.
- Prepared meats should be wrapped and packaged.
- Take out the bones from the flesh.
- Weigh the meats that are being sold.
- Divide the chicken into sections.
- Cost of meat goods
- Clean and prepare seafood, including fish.
- Sell clients meats
- Cut fish into fillets and steaks.
- Oversee other fishmongers, butchers, and meat cutters.
- Crush meats
- Educate meat cutters
- Prepare unique sausages.
- Cut cooked meats into slices.
- Arrange unique displays including meat, poultry, and fish goods.
- Form, drape, and fasten roasts and other meats, poultry, and shellfish.
- Get special orders ready.
