About The Role

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of apartments and ensuring apartments are equipped with necessary facilities within an allocated time frame.

As our resort operates seven days a week it is essential that you are free to work a rotating roster which includes weekends.

Key Duties

  • Clean all back of house areas with the exception of the kitchen and stores.
  • Clean and maintain locker rooms, staff and public washrooms / toilets.
  • Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated.
  • Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual.
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness and standards for leisure facilities (Swimming pool, sauna and gym).
  • Clean and maintain the conference rooms, restaurant and carparks.
  • Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist with regular equipment stocktaking.
  • Ensure the security of keys and public / back of house areas at all times by adherence to security procedures. Report any suspicious persons or items to Supervisor.
  • Any other reasonable request as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
