Duties
Tasks
- Bring tidy meals, dinnerware and various other items to serving areas and established tables
- Lugging and change linen
- Clean and sterilize items such as dish washer floor coverings, carts and waste disposal units
- Clear and tidy tables, trays and chairs
- Load buspans and trays
- Operate dishwashing machines to wash dishes, glass wares and dinnerware
- Place meals in storage space area
- Replenish condiments and various other materials at tables and serving areas
- Disinfect and clean recipes and other products by hand
- Scour pots and pans
- Eliminate kitchen trash and garbage
- Sweep, mop, clean and brighten floorings
