Accountabilities Tasks
- Carts, garbage disposal units, and dishwashing mats should all be cleaned and sanitised.
- packaged food for takeaway
- The kitchen’s surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment should all be cleaned and sanitised.
- Supplies are delivered, unpacked, and kept in cabinets, freezers, refrigerators, and other storage spaces.
- Take out the trash and waste from the kitchen.
- Mop, sweep, clean, and shine floors.
- Clean, peel, and chop fruit and vegetables.
