Accountabilities Tasks
- Being of legal age is a requirement for mixing and serving alcohol.
- Respond to grievances or issues raised by clients
- Describe the menu items to clients, including the daily specials.
- Implement and uphold local, state, and federal alcohol laws and regulations.
- Give suggestions for menu items
- Chairs, trays, and tables should all be spotless.
- Explain and offer advice on choosing wines.
- Welcome customers, display menus, offer advice, and respond to inquiries about food and drink.
- Present food and drinks.
- Obtain orders and convey them to the bar and kitchen personnel. Help customers or visitors with specific requirements.
- Offer client support.
